We’re rolling out a programme focusing on how we create a culture in our firm that is Future Fit.

What does it mean to be future fit? It’s about being really clear on the behaviours we need to exhibit every day to drive growth for the firm, provide a consistently great client experience and where our people have the skills, support and confidence to make a real difference. It’s no secret that the top-performing organisations give equal attention to what they do (their strategy and business plans) and how they do it (their values and culture). If we’re going to deliver effectively on our plans, we need to do the same.

We spent some time exploring culture with our partners last year and have adopted a set of tools that we believe will drive growth, collaboration and personal effectiveness. We’ve packaged these into a programme, and we are rolling this out to people managers in the Scottish practice.
